Lunch and dinner Tuesday to Saturday, and a bar you can walk into without a booking. Happy hour Thursday to Saturday. Seats at the kitchen counter can be requested when you book.

Tuna carvings, masterclasses, wine and sake dinners, mahjong nights and kintsugi workshops. Most run monthly and seats are limited.

Recent editions include maguro no kaitai, a whole southern bluefin broken down in the room, kakigori in summer, and chef's table evenings.

A 1910 warehouse on Kent Street, available for corporate events, EOFY and Christmas celebrations, group dinners, product launches, brand activations and private functions.

From eight at the Chef's Table to fifty-five seated or eighty standing, with menus built for the occasion and full bar service. We have hosted brand launches and corporate events for Bonds, Boss Coffee, The Ordinary and the Japanese Tourism Board
