We require credit card details to secure all reservations.
There is no charge to the credit card at the time of booking.
There will only be a charge if you cancel, change or do not come to your booking.

For Kuro Bar and Dining 
To avoid fees please let us know 24 hours before your reservation time.
For groups of 8 or more and for a special event,  please let us know 48 hours before the reservation time.

For children under 12 years, there is a Children's Set Menu starting from $45 pp for Kuro’s Bar and Dining.
Please write in the Special Requests section the number of children having the Children's Menu when making your reservations.

Please write any other information (occasion, dietary restriction etc) relating to your booking in the special request field

For Kuro’s Kitchen 
‍To avoid fees please let us know 72 hours before the reservation time otherwise there will be a cancellation fee as below:
Within 72 hours $130 per person
Within 48 hours full amount is $265 per person.

Please note that we can only accept cancellations via email.
If you do not receive a confirmation email after your booking please contact the restaurant directly.
We reserve the right to cancel any unconfirmed reservations.

Kuro’s Kitchen is open
In January: Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. Starts at 6:30 pm
In February: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. Starts at 7 pm
(Reservation is available at 6:30 pm for dinner on the booking system but starts at 7 pm.  Fridays reservations will be available at 6 pm on the booking system but dinner starts at 7 pm).
We encourage all customers to come on time as we can only start until everyone has arrived. 
Please allow up to 3 hours for the dining experience.

Kuro’s Kitchen does not offer al la carte. Our menu comprises raw and cooked seafood, gluten, dairy and meat. 
Unfortunately, we cannot cater for no seafood, no meat or vegetarians. 
If you have any dietary requirements or any allergies please email us if we can accommodate you before making a reservation.

Please note 1.5% surcharge will be applied for all credit cards and debit cards, 10% surcharge on Sundays and public holidays.

To avoid a $75 fee per person please let us know 24 hours before your reservation time if you need to cancel.
Please note 1.5% surcharge will be applied for all credit cards and debit cards, 10% surcharge on Sunday and public holiday.

You will have the choice between 2 set menus:
-the $75 menu comes with some snacks, your choice of ramen and your choice of Kakigōri.
-the $110 menu comes with some snacks, miso soup, your choice of don and your choice of Kakigōri.
Both sets comes with matching tea for the Kakigōri.
Unfortunately we won't be able to cater to vegetarians on this occasion.
Please read the menu carefully before making a reservation.

Please note that the menu is subject to change.
When you book please specify in the comments if you want to upgrade to the $110 menu and what don specifically you want per person.
If not comment is left we will assume that you will have the $75 set menu.
Minimum spend is $75.
