about the event

Kuro's Kitchen has partnered with our long time producers Sydney Direct to bring forward a tempting  degustation vegan menu.

Vegans who have previously been unable to fully enjoy our chef's table now have the chance to lap up the complete experience.

what to expect

The 15-course menu explores the creative potential of humble vegetables like Chinese cabbage, turnips, and dandelions cooked and transformed using fine culinary techniques.
Look forward to the house made tofu, aged-tomato, and Chef Taka's special vegan consomme dish.
